User Responsibility.
You are responsible for any action under your MyCollegeLoop account.
You cannot create and distribute any unwanted email(SPAM) to other members of MyCollegeLoop.
In the use of MyCollegeLoop, you cannot violate any laws in your jurisdiction
You cannot slander or misrepresent MyCollegeLoop by trying to hack or modify MyCollegeLoop.

You own all of the personal and shared information, photos and videos you upload or post on MyCollegeLoop. In addition, you are responsible for how you administer this information or intellectual property through MyCollegeLoop’s Blast settings (filter system)
When you administer content through the entire public network, everyone will have access to this information and MyCollegeLoop will have no jurisdiction or power what these people will do with that information.
You cannot misrepresent MyCollegeLoop by using invalid or inappropriate content and distribute this content in relation to MyCollegeLoop.
Privacy.
